All About Little Buddy

By Lanie Thompson

Little Buddy lives at Lummi Island, with Uncle Randy & Aunt Linda. He is very cute!  He loves to hunt.  Here is a list of what he hunts: voles, rabbits, baby bunnies, mice & rats. He was found under their porch on Lummi Island.  He is usually outside because he has adventures on the secret trails.  He is also a fan of the nice hot sauna. THE END

Orange the Cat

By Avery Thompson

This story is about a cat and a teacher. The cats name is Orange and the teachers name is Mrs. Larson. She found him in the street and kept him.  She put up lost and found signs but no one took him so they kept him. A dog named Sophie and him are good friends. They both sleep with them in their bed. Orange doesn't chase their chickens! I have known Mrs Larson since kindergarten. She retired when I was in 1st grade. She comes back to Whittier once and awhile.  Thanks Mrs Larson for sharing your information.

The Most Wonderful Cats

Jack and Lanie

By Lanie Thompson

Some of the most wonderful cats are named Pookie and Jack.  They play fetch,  they hide in bags , and they stand like meercats!  Jack licks the windows and sneezes! He always gets on my sister's bed while she makes it!  They stay still when you take pictures. They also sleep with me, when I have a fever they cuddle up and get comfy with me!  Whenever I get close to Jack, he licks my forehead!  Whenever my mom is knitting, they try to get the yarn, they are NOT allowed to go outside cause they will get fleas if they go outside. Sometimes they get out and eat grass, sometimes in the summer, when the windows are open, they sometimes get on the roof! One time, they got in a big fight , like the ones you hear at night! One time, when Pookie had a cone on his head, he got on my sister's bed! It was so amazing!  I just love them so much and they are SO FUNNY!  YAY!

The Most Happy Cats

By Avery Thompson

Hi I'm Avery Thompson. I live in Everett, WA. I am seven years old. I have two cats. The most happy cats are Jack and Pookie; they pounce on their toys and play fight. They're very feisty and love to climb. They fetch toys. They're very handsome in their long fur. And chatter their teeth when they see birds. They look like lions when we fluff up their fur. Pookie learned how to sit for yogurt. The cats were only eight weeks old when we got them. They're twins and their birthday is July 24. They're special to me. They're indoor cats. A few times they have gotten out. We got them in october 2008. Jack is fat and Pookie is skinnier.  Tell your friends about the blog and tell them to pass it on.
